Mr. Mussa Dankwah has 17 years of experience providing financial and transaction advisory for PPP projects in Ghana, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of South Sudan. He heads the PPP department at DWA Risk & Financial Management Consulting Ltd. Mr. Dankwah has served as team leader or financial advisor on 19 renewable energy, transport, health, and other infrastructure projects in Ghana in the past decade alone. For the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund, he conducted technical and financial due diligence on a 25MW waste to energy gas power plant at Atuabo, greenfield gas-turbine power plant, new hospitality company, and airport terminal. Mr. Dankwah served as financial advisor to Waylead Ghana Ltd for a PPP project in the housing sector, and to the Government of Ghana for the procurement of Sekondi-Takoradi Municipal roads as a PPP. He also served as Castalia’s local team leader for the development of PPP Guidelines for Ghana. Mr. Dankwah is the financial and risk consultant for AKROT CONSULT LTD a subsidiary of the AKROT GROUP.
